Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Altima Cabs website and your booking of taxi, cab rental, outstation and tour package services from Altima Cabs ("we", "us", "our") in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. By booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp or by phone. A booking is considered confirmed once we share your driver and vehicle details, or reply confirming your fare and pickup time. Please provide accurate pickup, drop and contact details — delays caused by incorrect information provided at booking are not the responsibility of Altima Cabs.

Fares & Payment

Fares are calculated according to our published tariff at the time of booking, or as separately quoted for tour packages. Additional charges such as tolls, parking, driver bata for overnight outstation trips, and night charges are billed at actuals or as stated on our tariff page and are disclosed before the trip wherever possible. Payment can be made in cash or via digital payment methods accepted by your driver at the end of the trip, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to a reasonable period before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made very close to pickup, or after a driver has already been dispatched, may be subject to a nominal cancellation charge to cover the driver's time and fuel. We will always inform you of any applicable cancellation charge before confirming the cancellation.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip early, without refund, in cases involving abusive behaviour, damage to the vehicle, or actions that put the driver or other passengers at risk.

Luggage & Belongings

Please check the vehicle for personal belongings before ending your trip. While our drivers make reasonable efforts to return items left behind, Altima Cabs is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings.

Liability

All Altima Cabs vehicles carry valid commercial insurance as required by law. Our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to what is legally required of a licensed taxi operator in Kerala. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
